Tell us which app you're playing (Beaver Ball or After Dark, or the website), your device and iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot. We usually answer within two business days.

What is Beaver Ball?

A cartoon softball game at Lodgepole Park, the only regulation fastpitch diamond ever built by beavers. Nine beaver sluggers swing, pitch, stomp and tail-slap through quick three-inning games while Peg and Stu call the action from the press box. Earn Beaver Bucks, unlock gear in the Locker, build your own team, finish daily challenges and climb the Hall of Fame.

• Beaver Ball is the family app for iPhone and iPad: the kids' line book only.
• Beaver Ball: After Dark is the adults-only app (18+): bleeped trash talk, with an unbleeped Uncensored option in Settings.
• The website, beaver-ball.vercel.app, plays in any modern browser.

Restoring purchases

Purchases belong to your Apple ID, not to the device. On a new or reset device, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, open the game, tap the gear for Settings, then Restore Purchases. If something you bought still doesn't show up, email us with the date of the purchase (it's on your Apple receipt email). For refunds, Apple handles those at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your save

• Apps: sign in to Game Center and your progress is kept in Game Center (iCloud) as well as on the device, so it comes with you to a new iPhone or iPad. Without Game Center it's saved on this device only.
• Website: your save lives in your browser and is backed up online. To move it to another browser, open Achievements, then Your save, copy your recovery code, and enter it in the other browser.

Common fixes

No sound

Check that Sound is On in Settings (the gear), turn the volume up, then tap anywhere in the game once: sound starts on your first tap. It plays even with the silent switch on.

It's slow or choppy

The game picks its graphics quality for your device. Close other apps, or restart the game. On the website, an up-to-date Safari, Chrome or Edge works best.

Achievements or leaderboards aren't updating

Make sure you're signed in to Game Center (Settings app › Game Center). Scores post at the end of each game.

For parents

• What kids see: Beaver Ball (the kids app) only contains the family-friendly script. The slapstick is cartoon: tail slaps, belly flops and dogpiles, nobody gets hurt.
• No chat and no personal info. Players can't talk to each other or type anything other players see. We don't collect names, emails, ages or locations. See our Privacy Policy.
• Purchases and links need a grown-up. Anything that costs money, and any link out of the app, is behind a parental gate first. You can also turn off in-app purchases entirely in Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › iTunes & App Store Purchases.
• Ads: the kids app may offer opt-in ads (watch one for bonus Beaver Bucks). They're child-directed, non-personalized and G-rated, never banners, and never in the first session. A one-time Remove Ads purchase turns off the rest.
• After Dark is a different app, rated 18+, and not available from inside Beaver Ball.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes its save from your device; Game Center data is managed by Apple. To remove a website save or your Hall of Fame scores, email us your recovery code or handle. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
